Dusty Boot Designs is not responsible for items after shipping. We are not responsible for lost of damaged items during the shipping process. I'll do my best to meet shipping in 7 to 10 busisness days, custom orders may take longer. Cancelation on all orders need to be made 24 hours after ordering.
